Notice of Annual General Meeting – Lara Swimming Club

Dear Members,

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 21st August at 7:30pm in our newly completed clubroom. We invite all members to attend and play an active role in shaping the direction of the club for the year ahead.

To help us plan for numbers, please comment on this post or let a committee member know if you’re attending (e.g. Smith x3).

This year, we are seeking three new committee members. We particularly encourage parents and guardians of younger swimmers to consider nominating, as this group is currently underrepresented on the committee. Your involvement would bring valuable perspectives and help us continue to support swimmers of all ages.

If you have any questions about the committee or the nomination process, feel free to speak with any current committee member.
