Welcome Back to Lara Pool! 7:45am – Dry Land Warm Up
8:00am – Water Warm Up
8:30am – Races Start

Strokes – Free, Breast, Back, Free, IM

Volunteers needed every week.
setup (put out chairs etc) , time keepers, judges, marshalling, and packup (putting away chairs etc)

We will ask for a few volunteers to assist setting up our new marquees on Saturday prior to next weekends events. (4 volunteers needed)
